However, it was during his remarkable 11-year tenure at Carrier that Guy truly distinguished himself as a titan in the realm of commercial sales. Holding the esteemed position of Vice President, Guy served as the free-standing P&L owner of a staggering $600M HVAC service, projects, energy services, and building controls business. His unwavering leadership touched every facet of Carrier's commercial operations, overseeing 900 salaried and 1600 union employees across 113 locations spanning the United States and Canada.

Guy's journey to success is rooted in a solid foundation of academic excellence. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Guy earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, laying the groundwork for his illustrious career in the engineering and commercial sectors.
